Saved From The Fire

At Saved From The Fire Wood Creations, we have a passion for designing and creating distinct rustic and modern pieces using a variety of wood species that have been saved from the fire. Saved From The Fire Wood Creations is the ultimate home goods destination. Our store is truly a place for discovering unique décor and home accessories for interior and exterior design. Each piece that is made has come from a tree that has not been cut down for the sole purpose of creating different items, but rather from trees that have already been cut from tree service companies and farm land that has been cleared to create something new as a form of recycling, thus the name Saved From The Fire. Before a finished product is achieved, each piece is cut up individually into slabs on a sawmill then left to dry to let all the existing moisture in the wood leave so less warping is present on the finished product. After each piece is dried, they are flattened so a smooth working surface is obtained. Then a design is made and selected to fit each piece to be carved, painted, sanded, and coated with a natural, low VOC finish.
