Gracie’s Christmas Cookies is a beloved Christmas tradition for many families. Our cookies are handmade with the same tried recipe for the past 35 years. Gracie’s produces over thirty kinds of Christmas cookies each year. Buried Cherry, Peanut Butter, Caramel Toffee, and Rum Balls, shortbread cookies with caramel centres, delicate Christmas tree sugar cookies, glazed jam sandwich treats, rich chocolate-coated concoctions and tiny perfect “melting moments” made from shortbread and rich buttercream icing.! Gracie’s Christmas Cookies are hand cut, never frozen and free of preservatives. Many are made in six stages by the time they are mixed, rolled, cut into shapes, baked, iced, turned into sandwiches, dipped in chocolate or sprinkled.
