Cherish Integrated Services is a non-profit organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities across the GTA since 2010. Our Mission is to enrich the quality of life and personal wellness of people with developmental disabilities, and to enhance their individual and social functioning in daily living. We cherish each person with uniqueness and integrate each life into the community. We serve over 100 clients of all ages and with varying support needs.
Our Arts-based Vocational Training Program started in 2014 with the goal of empowering our trainees to develop their artistic passions and share it with the community. While it took years of training and patience for them to learn a variety of artistic skills such as paper quilling, painting, and clay modelling, we see the pride in their eyes with the successful sale of each piece of their artwork. Proceeds of our sales goes back into supporting the cost of operating this vocational training program!
