Dougal Carmichael of Carmichael meats offers a variety of smoked meats which include kangaroo, venison, turkey,  Water Buffalo, Wild Boar, and other specialty meats.   They offer quality meats to purchase individually or in seasonal gift packs. Along with our traditional smoked beef and pork products, we also offer Venison, Kangaroo, Water Buffalo, Wild Boar, and other specialty meats. All of our Meat Products are Gluten & Dairy Free. Carmichael Meats continues to be owned and operated by Dougal Carmichael and his family.
