Joanne’s Tasty Hot Sauce

Meet Joanne, a Trinidad and Tobago native whose lifelong passion for spicy cuisine and, in particular, hot sauce, has been the driving force behind her culinary journey. Her fervor for perfecting hot sauce recipes led her to embark on an exciting adventure in her take-out Greek restaurant’s kitchen, a venture she co-owned with her husband, Ari. It was in that very kitchen that she first experimented with blending carefully selected ingredients and fiery peppers, giving birth to what we now know as Joanne’s Tasty Hot Sauces.
